§ 1 Scope / Geltungsbereich
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Equez Unity and all services provided through it. By registering an account, you agree to these terms. Use of the platform is only permitted for lawful purposes.
§ 2 Registration / Registrierung
Access to the platform requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. One account per person is permitted. Accounts created with false information may be deleted without notice.
§ 3 User Obligations / Nutzerpflichten
Users agree not to post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content; not to attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or platform systems; not to distribute malware or engage in any form of disruption; and to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
§ 4 Platform Content / Plattforminhalte
All course materials, resources, and content made available on the platform are protected by copyright. Downloading is permitted for personal educational use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
§ 5 Liability / Haftung
Equez Unity provides the service 'as is' without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not responsible for third-party content linked from the platform.
§ 6 Termination / Kündigung
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
§ 7 Amendments / Änderungen
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
§ 8 Governing Law / Anwendbares Recht
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is [YOUR CITY], Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
